retirer le mot de passe

Retire le mot de passe d’ouverture ou les restrictions si vous le connaissez. Ne casse pas les mots de passe inconnus.

Qu'est-ce que cet outil ?

An honest PDF unlocker: it decrypts a file only when you supply the correct open password, then saves a copy without encryption. Everything stays in the browser.

It is not a cracking service, not Adobe Acrobat, and not a way to bypass someone else’s documents.

Cas d'usage courants

  • You passworded a scan last year and still remember the phrase, but a website rejects encrypted uploads
  • A colleague sent a locked PDF and also sent the password in another channel
  • You want an unencrypted copy on disk after opening the file locally

Comment utiliser

  1. Drop the encrypted PDF.
  2. Enter the password you already know (Sample uses sample).
  3. Download PDF. If the password is wrong, you get an error — not a guessed file.

Exemples

InputNotes
Sample locked PDF, password sampleDemonstrates success; output opens without a prompt.
Correct user password on a real fileUnencrypted copy; keep it as carefully as the original secret.
Wrong passwordError; no partial dump.
Unencrypted PDFMessage that the file is not password-protected.

Pièges courants

  • Not a cracker: missing passwords stay missing. There is no “try common passwords” mode on purpose.
  • Some AES/revision combinations may fail in the library even with the right password; that is a decoder limit.
  • Unique gotcha: saving an unlocked copy does not revoke the original encrypted file. Anyone with the old file and password can still open it.

Questions fréquentes

Do you crack PDF passwords?
No. You must type the correct open (user) password. There is no wordlist, GPU attack, or “forgot password” recovery. If you do not know the password, this page cannot help.
Is the file uploaded?
No. Decrypt-and-save runs in this tab with a client-side PDF library.
User password vs owner (permissions) password?
This tool targets the **open** password that stops you from viewing the file. Owner-only restriction files (print/copy flags without an open password) may already open; use a PDF editor for permission flags if the document is not encrypted for opening.
Sample password?
The Sample file uses the password `sample` so you can try the flow without a real confidential PDF.
