- No. Pages are copied with a client-side PDF library in this tab. Close the tab to drop the bytes.
- Why did merge fail on a locked file?
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be copied until they are decrypted. Use Unlock PDF with the password you already know, then merge the unlocked copies.
- Page order?
- Files merge in list order (top to bottom). Use the arrows to reorder whole files, not individual pages.
- Limits?
- Up to 10 files, 25 MB each. Very large page counts can exhaust tab memory; split the job if the tab freezes.
